Nate Seymour (founder) of Pacwest Consulting Group, has been involved in both construction and real esate for more than 20 years and has grown to be very proficient and knowledgeable in both of these industries. Nate has invested personally in these markets with success over the years which prompted him to turn this into a business and allow us to assist others. Pacwest Consulting Group was founded so that we we could take our specialized level of knowledge and offer it to clients to assisst them in achieving success with investing in construction and real estate. These markets can be intimidating for those who are not experienced however, they can offer great opportunities that are not achievable in many other investment sectors.
Pacwest Consulting Groups lower 48 presence has grown to include Oregon, Washington and Idaho. More recently, Pacwest Consulting Group made the exciting decision to expand its presence to Alaska. Founder, Nate Seymour, was originally from Anchorage, AK and has been analyzing the local market in Alaska for the past couple of years. The construction and real estate outlook in Alaska is strong and the specialized types of risk management services offered by Pacwest Consulting Group appear to be in demand and would add significant value to the clients and local industry.
